The Choice Project Abortion Factory
The Choice Project: Planned Parenthood is attempting to build a 25,000 square foot "flagship" abortion factory at 201 East Ben White Boulevard in Austin Texas.
In Planned Parenthood's Winter 2003 Newsletter to supporters they vow to commit abortions on children "16 weeks and beyond".
The "Rainbow Scandal"
By mid October 2003 all eighteen concrete suppliers
within a 60 mile radius of Austin had verbally indicated
to Texas Contractors for Life that they would not participate
with Browning Construction Companyin building the Planned
Parenthood abortion factory. In early November 2003 Browning
Construction Company removed themselves from the project.
However Planned Parenthood everntually received the
concrete from Rainbow Materials using a "carrot
and stick" routine that took place the second week
of January 2004. The effort to obtain the concrete was
spearheaded by Dick Rathgeber a local real estate developer.
Mr. Ramon Carrasquillo the owner of Rainbow Materials
was under tremendous financial and legal pressure to
supply the concrete. According to Curtis Bruner the
general manager of Rainbow Materials, Mr. Carrasquillo
was told that his problems would go away if he supplied
the concrete.
The foundation was poured under the cover of darkness
in the infamous "midnight pour" on January
28. The next day Mark Hamilton Vice President of Sales
for Rainbow and a member of Texas Contractors and Suppliers
for Life resigned his position with Rainbow Materials.
Rainbow Materials
officially closed for business on June 15, 2004.
