July-15-2004
Browning Construction Company
of San Antonio left the Choice Project in November of 2003 because
of "events beyond their control".
Planned Parenthood and
Browning Construction Co. could not find adequate suppliers and
subcontractors to construct the child killing facility because of
a contractor boycott initiated by local contractors and suppliers.
Planned Parenthood has
become their own general contractor with the help of the Charlie
(CD) Henderson Construction Companyof
Dallas and
Curtis Cline of Austin Texas.
